Question 1: Do I need to be present at the inspection?

Answer 1: I can do the inspection without you being there.  But I prefer to be able to show you what I have found so that you can ask questions and gain a more thorough understanding of the property.

Question 2: How long does an inspection take?

Answer 2: Anywhere from two and a half to four hours, depending on the state of the property.

Question 3: How soon will I get my written report?

Answer 3: Usually within 24 hours.
